1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online shop Athena Atelier via www.athenaatelier.store.
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Products
All products are described as accurately as possible.
Due to the nature of art and handmade products, slight variations in color, size, or texture may occur and do not constitute a defect.
Original artworks are unique pieces.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in Euro (€) and include applicable Austrian VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs are shown separately during the checkout process.
Payment must be made using the payment methods offered in the online shop.
4. Order and Contract Conclusion
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer.
A contract is concluded only after you receive an order confirmation by email.
5. Delivery
Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer.
Delivery times are stated on the product page or during checkout and may vary depending on destination and product type.
If delivery is delayed, you will be informed as soon as possible.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the applicable Austrian and EU consumer protection laws.

7. Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of Athena Atelier until full payment has been received.
8. Liability
Athena Atelier is liable for damages only in cases of intent or gross negligence.
Liability for slight negligence is excluded, except for personal injury or where mandatory statutory provisions apply.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Austria, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
For consumers, the place of jurisdiction is their place of residence, where legally permissible.
10. Final Provisions
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
